Apéritifs
L'heure de l'apéro is the moment in late afternoon when the day begins its transition to night; when fellowship takes the place of work; when time starts to slow down. There are near-countless ways to enjoy an apéritif at Buvette: with liqueurs like Suze (made from bittersweet gentian root), Pernod (anise), or St. Germain (elderflower) on the rocks or with a splash of soda; wine cocktails made with Kir (currant) or lightly-spirited Tchin-Tchin; a classic Aperol spritz (gentian & rhubarb) or one of our signatures like La Rosette (sparkling wine & amarena cherries) or the Classique (sparkling wine, bitters, & a cube of sugar). Apéritifs enliven the afternoon, stimulate the appetite, and create an air of conviviality and good cheer.
