The Queue

Buvette welcomes walk-in guests from open to close, 8am-midnight, every day without pause. At peak times when the restaurant is full, the server “working the door” begins taking names and writing them on the Queue – running down either side of the chalk-friendly door frame, marked with the letter Q. We welcome guests to wait on beautiful Grove Street, or take a walk and wander back. As tables become available, names are called. We do not take phone numbers or use an automated system to manage the Queue. Instead, we use the more personal system of announcing when tables are ready and accompanying guests to their seats.
