French 75

At Buvette, we serve the original French 75 using cognac, lemon and champagne. The drink was invented in the 1910’s at Harry’s New York Bar in Paris, striking a lovely balance of both spirit-forward and refreshing. The French 75 is served in a coupe with a twist of lemon.
