Manhattan
We serve three variations of the classic cocktail: the Buvette Manhattan, with rye whiskey; the Paris Manhattan, with cognac; and the Tokyo Manhattan, with Japanese Coffey grain whiskey. All three use burlesque bitters (a blend of hibiscus, açai berry and long pepper), housemade picon (Gentian root, cinchona bark, sugar, molasses, & orange peel), and Carpano Antica sweet vermouth. Manhattans are served up in a coupe with an amarena cherry.
