At Buvette, everyone works together as a team. We each have specific points of focus, but all the same, if “I” walk by “your” table and it needs to be cleared, I’ll clear it. Similarly, if a tray of food heading in your direction appears on the gastro pedestal, you can grab it and serve the dishes on the way to your section. Looking for opportunities to support the rest of the team and prioritizing efficiency as you pass between tables and sections is a great way to find success at Buvette.

Movement is one of the defining features of Buvette, from dishes floating on silver trays over the bar, to cocktails being shaken and strained, to the pop and pour of champagne. Take some time to observe how this movement happens, learn the steps, and join in!
