Croissants
In a French gastrothèque, it’s only fitting that we serve five different varieties of croissant: the original with raspberry jam and butter; the chocolate croissant; the almond croissant (dusted with powdered sugar); the chocolate-almond (why not?); and for those with more of a savory tooth, the “everything” croissant – our blend of Paris and New York.
Croissant batter ingredients: wheat flour, butter, water, sugar, yeast, whole milk powder, ascorbic acid (Vitamin C), salt.
The everything seasoning is a mix of poppy seeds, sunflower seeds, flax seeds, and sesame seeds.
