Belgian Waffle
A little history: the Belgian Waffle was first popularized in the U.S. in 1964, when a chef from Brussels marketed the “Bel-Gem Waffle” at the New York World Fair. At Buvette we serve our Belgian Waffle with seasonal berries, powdered sugar, crème fraîche, and raspberry jam.
