Fromages

Great Hill Blue is made from raw and non-homogenized cow’s milk in Marion, Massachusetts. The result is a creamy, flavorful blue cheese of minimal processing in small-batch production.

Nettle Meadow Kunik is a buttery triple crème made with goat’s milk and a touch of jersey cow cream. The farm in upstate New York follows a back-to-basics ethos and runs an animal sanctuary for their animals that no longer work, and others that have wandered their way.

Finger Lakes Gold is a firm and sweet goat’s milk gouda from Lively Run Dairy in the Finger Lakes, NY. It is aged for 10 months with a slightly crumbly texture and nutty, caramel notes. Lively Run Dairy has been making goat cheese since 1982.

Calderwood is a hay-ripened, raw cow’s milk cheese made by Jasper Hill Farm in northeast Vermont. Calderwood is firm and nutty with hints of earth, honey, toasted bread and tropical fruit.

All of our cheeses are sourced from Saxelby Cheesemongers. We garnish each differently – with honey, berries, and other seasonal fruits.
