Be sure to always keep a clean table for your guests. This means clearing plates and silverware between courses, wiping the table with a clean, damp cloth, and bringing fresh plates and silverware for each course of food. It’s a good idea to offer our largest plate size whenever space permits. Shared dishes should always be accompanied with serving utensils. Keep an eye out for dropped or dirty napkins and offer a new one if in doubt!
